Space Camp (2nd-8th) in Woodstock, Illinois- 50% Discont 6-6-24 only

Galapagos is providing three space camp opportunities, based upon age, this summer. 

Current 2nd-4th Graders  $20

Program 1 Junior Space Explorers .  Scholars investigate planets, moons, stars, constellations, and more as you become a Jr. Space Explorer! Campers will participate in hands-on space activities using augmented reality, designing a space habitat, and much more.

This program will run in the afternoons from June 10-12 from 8am to 12pm.  Scholars will take the GRCS Bussie shuttle from the Lower Academy.  The cost for this program is $50 and is due upon sign-up. The program is in Woodstock, IL.

Current 5th-8th Graders

Program 2 - Astronaut Training What will it take to live in space? Scholars will train to become astronauts in preparation for their simulated space missions to the Moon and Mars. Training includes astronomy, robotics, experiments, and more. Join us this summer to experience NASA based simulations, new creations and tons of inspiration!

This program will run in the afternoons from July 8-12.  Scholars will take the GRCS Bussie shuttle from the Lower Academy.  The cost for this program is $50 and is due upon sign-up.  The program is in Woodstock, IL. 

Sixth-Eighth Graders in Alabama (Selected scholars only)

Program 3-For the second year, Galapagos will send scholars to the world-renowned Space Camp in Huntsville, Alabama. Only scholars that have been notified of their acceptance may register for this program. Space Camp costs $200 total, split across (4) $50 payments. Payments are due on March 20, April 4, April 18, and May 2, 2024.
