Calling all 5th-8th grade Girls! Do you love outdoors, art, STEM and team building? Scouts is a National Organization that “builds girls of courage, confidence, and character.” Learn about team building, life skills, and make new friends.
“Making true-blue friends, saving the planet, standing up against stereotypes, using their team power for the greater good—that’s what being a Girl Scout Cadette is all about. Girl Scout Cadettes try a wide range of activities, from everyday life skills to mental health and wellness to finding out how to develop true friendships, navigate cliques, and move beyond stereotypes. Girl Scout Cadettes are sure of their abilities and use their growing independence to realize their dreams."
Open to 5nd- 8th grade girls. Program Fee is $20 for the entire program. This course runs on Tuesdays at the Upper Academy from 4:00-5:15pm.
A shuttle from the UA to the LA is available but space is limited. Go to the After School X link on the Galapagos website and click on the button labeled "Shuttle".
