Girls on the Run is a program that gives girls the opportunity to build confidence and healthy habits. Girls will learn how to develop great friendships, how to celebrate all that makes them unique, and so much more! Each week girls will take part in training and activities that will help build endurance for a celebratory 5k run.
Open to 3rd-4th grade girls. The course runs from early March until May. The program fee is $15. Programming will take place at the Lower Academy.
The 5K run is held in May.
