Heart & Sole focuses on five key parts: body, brain, heart, spirit, and how 5th-8th grade program teammates connect with others.
Heart and Sole inspires girls to value what makes them unique. Together, teams uncover confidence and understand the importance of physical and emotional health.
Set goals to succeed
Teams work on setting goals through exercises and discussions. Each season ends with a non-competitive 5K Celebration, where participants celebrate who they are, how far they have come and where they want to go.
Fee $15. After School Snack provided.

April 2027: 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22, 27, 29
May 2027: 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, 20
May 21st: 5k Race at 5:30pm!
